Order placed 28/05, order open and no news until i write an email at 12/06. 13/06 email answered, they run out of stock on 1 item, shipped the same day. Got it delivered 20/06. I do not care about delays because i'm not a professionnal customer, just wanted my items.

Everything is ok about the order, shipping delays are ok, out of stock delays are ok too, and they are all in the sales conditions, wich i read before placing my order.
And i placed my order on sunday, so i'm ok they can run out of stock.

Packaging is really good, neon tubes comes in a well packed tube box, will a lot of protection. Impossible that the carrier crash them, even if they drop the package on floor.
Ballast packet was a bit cruched, but well packed so no problem.

the best vendors for all lightning needs, maybe the best in the world. Nice web site, nice communication, items very well packed and protected, best prices on all the web.

I recommand them a LOT.
