The order prepared in a couple of days and relayed to the post office. It took around 20 days to arrive in my home. The packaging was fair, probably they try to keep the weight lighter for a cheaper transport fee, quite understandable especially for international ones. The package came in one piece, the products were in good condition and supported with staffing material. Invoice is prepared immediately upon the order. First time I buy something from this site and everything is OK. Thanks.

When I ordered the product, I recieved a mail that said that the product was out of stock.
2 weeks later, I recieved a mail from the postal services that the product was in their office, and I was not even notified that the product was sent.

Back order

When I ordered, several days passed before I was informed that the item was “out of stock .” I was concerned that I would never see my money or the product. I gave up. But many days (weeks?) later the order arrived in perfect condition.
I will not hesitate to order from you again.

Answer:

Sometimes, as in your case, there is a discrepancy or force majeure in the stock of a product. In any case, our customers are never left without the products they ordered. In extreme cases, we refund 100% of the money. We sincerely apologise for the longer delivery time.
