I write you because I just install both Osram Supratec L 36W 73 G13 BLB Black light UV and both Philips S10 4 65W SIN Ecoclick starter I bought to you. One sram supratec uv and one Philips starter doesn't work. I tried different combinaison but it doesn't change anything.
