Delivery a little slow but otherwise good.

I am giving this company a 5 star review but I will comment that my delivery did take about a month. I believe the item was not readily available and they should let a buyer now that before ordering because if you really need the item well a month is a long time. In my case the specialty light bulb was about $20 cheaper with this company and when I needed four of them well you get the picture. The item was delivered well packaged and of good quality. I will try them again and I do recommend them.

Timely arrival in undamaged box. Haven't installed the lamps yet to speculate on quality, but presume they'll be "as advertised" - if not will update and re-post. Customer service was in the form of an email confirmation: 1, of the order and 2, of the shipment, with the invoice (PDF) attached. Thanks.

I bought two lamps.
They were delivered quickly.
They arrived in a tightly sealed cylinder.
They were both in pieces, and thus unusable.
In my view, while the packaging was sturdy, internal padding was inadequate.
A wider cylinder with more padding might have saved the lamps.
I am very disappointed.
