I recently bought lamps on svetila.com and I'd like to spread my very good impression and feeling about this "internet" seller, even the goods was delivered 3 weeks after the order's date because of a temporary stock shortage. I now consider svetila.com as one of "my" new supplier for future needs.

Although they didn't see I have made paypal payment after my order, I have to wait a week - don't know why is that becasuse PayPal transfers are seen after payment. Nevertheless, good experience, good B2B prices and very fast delivery. Will use them again.

Some products were out of stock, but I was warned about that a week after purchase. However the shipment has been fast.

The packaging is really a bit limited
the box was torn and there was nothing to wedge the components inside

Service was okay and delivery was at normal speed.

Ordered item showed to be in stock, while after placing the order and paying I was notified it was not. Waited about three weeks for delivery. Other than that, price and quality were good as well as courtesy of the customer service.

The experience was good, one of the items arrived broken but the customer service explained to me what to do and they took care of the broken item.
The only point is the 6€ of extra shippment expenses that are still waiting to be paid to me, but the reaction on the buld not working was good.

Good products were delivered quick and without any problems.
They did not reply to my request about a price matching thoughwhich they advertise on their website.
Nonetheless I am very satisfied and I would order anytime again.

We received product we ordered, just took awhile to get to us in the United States.

They have everything you need and the prices are quite reasonable. Shipping is a little slow and they somehow cheekily charge a PayPal surcharge. I had no idea a merchant was allowed to do this but they get away with it somehow. PayPal don't seem to care that they are charging this. All in all, ok.

Rather long delay due to back order, but ultimately no problem. Item was exactly what we wanted, and it arrived in good condition.

Positives:
- Product was exactly what I was looking for, but could not buy in Australia
- Good product advice was provided by email before the sale
- Product arrived safely and well packed

Negative:
One of the items was out of stock, even though the website had said it was in-stock, so I had to wait longer than expected. The website continued to say "in stock", even though the product obviously was not.

Result: the positives outweigh the negative, and I would happily use Svetila again or recommend it to others."

Long Time between the order and delivery. Otherwise, everything was ok.

We had to wait for more than 2 weeks before receiving our order. The reason was a problem in Slovenie with the paiment.
Once we received the message that the paiment was ok the
Box was in 2 days in Belgium.

I made a mistake and did not buy the correct item (lamp) for my purpose. Asked them about two possibilities either to order another type of a lamp or to order another type of ballast (for DC 12 V with a OSRAM CFL SQUARE 28W). They suggested I should return this lamp and order the new. This is OK but I expected that they should also tell me which ballast I should possibly buy to retain the 28 W lamp.
