I found SVETLIA.com whilst looking for a replacement ballast for an aquarium, they delived with in a week to the UK and a lot chepaer than uk suppliers even including postage.Excellenet service highly recomended thanks.

Today we had cleared the consignment and thanks for your excellent services and hope that to continue our business relation in the future.
The only problem is that when you send the consignment to the Post Office there are so many procedure that make things life out. In future you can send the consignment thorough any door to door courier like FedEx and even it cost little bit more we don't mind and so please keep in your mind
Anyhow It is a wonderful first experience dealing with you for the first time and I wish that you will continue your efficient services at all time with all the customers

I searched to find a very unusual lught bulb - and discovered that Svetila carried it at a very reasonable price. After I ordered it online, it was shipped promptly, and I received it quickly. Several of the 10 bulbs I ordered were broken - when I informed Svetila they asked me to photograph the broken bulbs (which I did) and they then refunded the money for the broken light bulbs. I will definitely do business again with Svetila - their customer service and commitment to quality is outstanding.

When I ordered 50 light bulb for mi dining room chandelier,I was wondering if they would arrived all broken in pieces or if they wouldn't arrived at all.....Well they arrived in a quite reasonable time and no one of them was broken....The each price is very very good and when I'll need'em again I will surely order to Svetila shop...

I needed a rather specialised kind of strip lighting as is often fitted in the concealed lighting in Kitchens. These lamps are made by Osram, but could not be found by any stockists in UK. I found the exact same items on Svetila website. I ordered 2 to see if they could arrive to Uk undamaged. The parts arrived soon after they were dispatched. The packaging was sufficient to withstand the abuses of the UK postal system. Nothing was broken. The parts were not excessively costly and functioned correctly when fitted. I will certsinly use Svetila for any future needs which cannot be found locally. It seems quite extreme to buy lamps from so far away, but I cannot fault the service of this company. They also have a pleasant E-mail manner which is nice.

I needed an Osram bulb that was no longer available in the U.S. I searched the web for the bulb and came up with distributors in France, Russia and Germany. But Svetila's site was the best. I ordered the bulbs on a Sunday with regular delivery to the U.S., and had the bulbs by the following Saturday. Super fast - and reliable - from Slovenia. Thanks.

I got my package received in Sri Lanka just in 7 days, I really appreciate the materials used for packaging which helps the environment a lot. Tracking is good though its not via courier.
