I ordered a rare tube, that was not available in the Netherlands (other than by buying 5 pieces). The package from Svetila arrived in a few days in excellent condition. I'm verry pleased with it, especially because of the reasonable price.

The particular product is not readily available in Australia and I was fortunate that I came across the Svetila web site. The products is very reasonably priced compared to Australian suppliers and with the cost of delivery from overseas the globes are still better priced than what can be purchased in Australia.

I ordered the 8 lamps on 1st June and they were received in Australia on the 13th June.

Had to order from this website because they were the only supplier that had the bulbs I needed, most general electrical stores don't have speciality bulbs and refuse to make a special order for me. I placed an order but it was not in stock and was given a ship date a month later. After a month and a week, nothing happened, had to send them an email to follow up. But after that, everything moved along nicely and got the bulbs in one piece. Well packaged. Have placed a second order with them, hopefully this time will be a smoother experience
