I needed an electronic part (convertor for halogen lamps) made by a german company, but apparently not in common use on the german market and - if at all available - rather expensive. Via Google I found these parts at Svetila - for half of the price. I realized that this company is located in Slovenia. Buying a Germany made part in Slovenia? Why not, if the company is trustworthy. And Svetila is trustworthy: perfect product presentation in perfect german, perfect service, billing, packing and postal delivery. Thanks, Svetila!

On 12 May we asked for news of the delivery as we believed we had not yet received what was ordered. For Svetila, however, the material resulted already delivered.
After a new internal and with the Svetila employee check, we found that the material had actually already been delivered.
