Fast service with very well packaged products. Only a small item that when filling out customs forms, the declared duty amount is only for the value of the product purchased, not the value of the product+shipping costs. I didn't have an issue with my package clearing customs, but it could have been the case, as the amount on the declared customs form was too high as it included the shipping.

Overall, my shopping experience was very good. I had no trouble ordering on the site, the bulbs came quickly, and were undamaged and worked when I received them.

The only issue I have (which might not be Svetila's fault) is that the bulbs came with no documentation. For safety, I'd like to know the UV output of the bulbs, not just their power consumption.

I am very satisfied with my order. I was concerned ordering from a company overseas but they had the hard to find bulbs I needed and packaging was top notch. I will defiantly be getting more of these types of bulbs from this company.

The products they stock are great. They always have products when I can't find them elsewhere. The packaging is quite secure, i have never received a broken lamp however the shipping to Australia takes far too long.
