Initially, I had issues where they did not have enough stock.
It would be nice if we were informed about the matter. However, they have promptly resolved the issue, and I will not hesitate to use them again. Overall, they are a good company to deal with.

The only problem I had is that the unusual globes I ordered were out of stock, thus they took a little longer to get here. However, I expected this, and I wasn't unhappy.
I'll be buying my lamps from Svetila in future.

The reason I shop here is because I can find exactly the right light bulb at a reasonable price.

The shop sent the order very quickly, less than a day after ordering. The package arrived in Canada in about a week, however, customs held the package for 19 days before delivery. So Canadians, don't pay for express delivery, your package will be delayed through no fault of the store. Blame it on CBSA. There's a 100 xray scan before delivery.

The packaging was excellent, thank goodness, the only problem we had was UPS delivery person threw the package over the railing, I will never use UPS again, they are terrible. But Svetila is the best to do business with. Thank you
