Some products were out of stock, but I was warned about that a week after purchase. However the shipment has been fast.

Very well organized team that is always prepared to help and solve any problems you have with the product. In my case I bought too strong HPS light and I changed it with no problems for weaker one with the refund of the money, that was the difference in price between 250W and 150W.

A great original item in manufacturer's packing. Service and communication was as good as any UK based store I would otherwise have used-but the price was substantially lower.

Ordered item showed to be in stock, while after placing the order and paying I was notified it was not. Waited about three weeks for delivery. Other than that, price and quality were good as well as courtesy of the customer service.

I ordered a couple of small items.
Payment crashed by hazard, probably a bug in the communication between Paypal and the website, so I was charged twice by mistake.
I complained and had refund in a matter of minutes.
Items of course were sent and received on schedule.

So good price, quick delivery and good communication in case of troubles.

The experience was good, one of the items arrived broken but the customer service explained to me what to do and they took care of the broken item.
The only point is the 6€ of extra shippment expenses that are still waiting to be paid to me, but the reaction on the buld not working was good.

They did not reply to my request about a price matching thoughwhich they advertise on their website.
Nonetheless I am very satisfied and I would order anytime again.
