The owner Stane and staff of Svetila are clearly of high integrity and are doing their best to deliver. The lamp I ordered broke in delivery and they have provided me a prompt & full refund after I sent photos of it. There are some IT issues like emails I sent not being delivered but they respond rapidly to messages from their online contact form. Give them a fair chance to resolve any issues. A+

Ordered 4x G53 Lamp holders, these are normally required as pairs and the image shows a pair but only received lamp holders to fit 2 lamps (2 pairs) not the 4 pairs I was expecting.

One of the products was not in stock. I got an immediate E-mail with options to get money back, get another product (slightly more expensive) at the same price or wait until the product became available.
