Very good value for money if you are not in an urgent need. In first delivery one of the items were incorrect. Communication is slow and it takes some days before you get a reply. When the wrong delivery was documented by sending back photos, the correct item was supplied free of charge.
I would not hesitate to use this shop again.

You can't see if the item is out of stock in the item's page, which often results in a long wait. Payment is also taken from the credit card when the order is placed, not when it's ready to ship. Otherwise, the selection is great, and prices including delivery costs very reasonable.

Customer service could be better if one could see on the website if goods you want to order are in stock and how many. Now you have to contact Svetila and answering on the questions asked is rather slow.

Overall, my shopping experience was very good. I had no trouble ordering on the site, the bulbs came quickly, and were undamaged and worked when I received them.

The only issue I have (which might not be Svetila's fault) is that the bulbs came with no documentation. For safety, I'd like to know the UV output of the bulbs, not just their power consumption.

The products they stock are great. They always have products when I can't find them elsewhere. The packaging is quite secure, i have never received a broken lamp however the shipping to Australia takes far too long.

Tuttavia il pagamento in contrassegno non è applicato per la merce spedita in Italia, per cui ho dovuto pagare in anticipo la spedizione a mezzo carta di credito.

Initially, I had issues where they did not have enough stock.
It would be nice if we were informed about the matter. However, they have promptly resolved the issue, and I will not hesitate to use them again. Overall, they are a good company to deal with.
