Our order was sent to Australia and the product arrived undamaged.
The outer box was quite dented, corners pushed in etc. but inside the lightglobes were tightly packed in their own box surrounded by packing 'chips'.
Maybe the outer box could be of stronger carton and sticker 'fragile' stuck on.

Positives:
- Product was exactly what I was looking for, but could not buy in Australia
- Good product advice was provided by email before the sale
- Product arrived safely and well packed

Negative:
One of the items was out of stock, even though the website had said it was in-stock, so I had to wait longer than expected. The website continued to say "in stock", even though the product obviously was not.

Result: the positives outweigh the negative, and I would happily use Svetila again or recommend it to others."
