The best service possible. The lowest price I could find for really good branded lamps and delivered very quickly. The manufacturers of the oven were charging 7x the cost for the same lamp.

I made a mistake and did not buy the correct item (lamp) for my purpose. Asked them about two possibilities either to order another type of a lamp or to order another type of ballast (for DC 12 V with a OSRAM CFL SQUARE 28W). They suggested I should return this lamp and order the new. This is OK but I expected that they should also tell me which ballast I should possibly buy to retain the 28 W lamp.

Price was good, cheapest I saw on the net. Postage was sent on time from supplier but unfortunately it was delayed by customs and local post office.

I would happily recommend this supplier.
