Out of stock after purchase

I purchased some equipment. Immediately after the payment went through I got an “Out of stock” message. That is a very bad start.

Not enough communication

When I ordered the product, I recieved a mail that said that the product was out of stock.
2 weeks later, I recieved a mail from the postal services that the product was in their office, and I was not even notified that the product was sent.

Delivery time of 20 days for three ordinary bulbs????? Far too long!

One lamp broke when I received the lights. I emailed the company, but no response till now. Still waiting for solution.

I wanted to buy a lamp.
It shows a good price, so I take.
When I proceed to check out, MAGIC !, a higher price !
Complained, but answer was "Price is right"

I have not been advised of the out of stock and I waited a long time my products. There I had to phone to make things happen ... disappointing.
The products are well.

I put in my order Oct 25, 2010. My order did not ship until November 11, 2010 after I notified them that I was still waiting on them. It is now November 28, 2010 and I am still waiting patiently for my simple order. I'm reading all these other great testimonies and I'm wondering why I can't get the same excellent service?I received everything except for the circuit diagram, on December 03.
