Hi
I placed my order at your company, but nothing happened. After writing to you, I was told, that I had to wait a couple of weeks more. I have received my order.

Is fast delivery, BUT I got one broken bulb and l cant contact you. Bad!!!

=> Orders: 19/11/18, Delivery: 3/12/18 !!!

Everything working fine, except one fluorescent UV light is not working! But everything else works as desired.

I ordered delivery with GLS. This should have been done in max. 3 working days. Delivery was done yesterday, so it took 4 working days more than expected.
The package was delivered in good order, though and I'm satisfied with the product.

No information on the delay and when I sent a message to get some news, it took a while to get an answer

I have got 1 empty box, but they took it back and replace it.

my ordered item was just out of stock; keep to wait a week, overall feel so good with Svetila

delivery time OK but the neon was broken. The light had a different cover and fixing mine despite an identical reference. This last point is an Osram problem. so I recovered the old fixtures and the old cover and bought again a neon and it works.

Ordered these UV lamps and was informed they were not in stock, however payment had been taken. It took about a month to receive them. Was disappointed that the Company took severall prompts to answer my emails for delivery updates. On the day I cancelled the order they were dispatched. On the good side I could not buy these UV lamps in the UK, so very pleased I found someone who could supply them.
