OSRAM LED Superstar Classic B - winner of Stiftung Warentest

OSRAM LED Superstar Classic B was chosen as the winner in the candle-shaped LED light bulb category from the German consumer organisation Stiftung Warentest in the magazine “test” (September 2012).

The OSRAM LED Superstar Classic B was rated as “good” (overall score of 1.6) among the tested candle-shaped LED light bulbs. The inspectors were convinced of the “outstanding lighting qualities” of the LED lamp, which comes close to producing the same light as popular incandescent lights. The light produced by the OSRAM LED Superstar Classic B makes the colours of all illuminated objects appear correctly. The further product benefits of the lamp are the low thermal output and energy consumption, as well as the extremely long lamp life.
