The Speciality Retrofit Lamp - HSR 575W 60 GX9.5 is perfect for architectural lighting needs. With a color temperature of either 6000 or 7200 Kelvin, this lamp can be found in standard effect lighting equipment and outdoor areas. Its outer bulb makes it easy to handle, and its single-ended design is similar to HTI lamps. Please note that due to high luminance and UV radiation, this lamp should only be used in enclosed lamp casings with appropriate filters for safety purposes.

Because of their high luminance, UV radiation and high internal pressure during operation, HSR lamps may only be operated in enclosed lamp casings specially constructed for the purpose. Appropriate filters must ensure that UV radiation is reduced to an acceptable level. Mercury is released if the lamp breaks. Special safety precautions must be taken.
